The Wassaic Project, an artist-run multidisciplinary arts organization located in a renovated mill in the hamlet of Wassaic, New York, will hold its first annual Holiday Cheer Mixer & Art Matcher on Thursday, December 8, at The Invisible Dog Art Center in Brooklyn, New York.  The ticketed event includes a silent auction from 6-8PM, including affordable works by emerging and established artists Joshua Frankel, Patrick Gantert, Ghost of a Dream, Jeila Gueramian, Sarah Hardesty, Janine Iversen, Karl LaRocca, Masako Miki, Sarah Nicole Phillips, Kristen Schiele, Amanda Tiller, Breanne Trammell & Bowie Barnett-Zunino, Tricky Walsh, Chloe Watson, and James Weingrod.  The evening will also feature an open bar from 6-8PM, a photo booth, live music and a DJ, and over fifty 5 x 7-inch exclusive works by Wassaic Project alumni, available to purchase for only $60.Tickets are available in advance for $25, and will be available at the door for $40.  To purchase tickets online, visit www.brownpapertickets.com/event/210071 or email hello@wassaicproject.org.
